Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized patient care during weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Monitor vital signs and administer medications per protocol
- Document patient records accurately in EMR systems
- Coordinate with on-call physicians for urgent cases
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control standards
- Provide emotional support to patients and families
- Participate in weekend team huddles and handovers
Qualifications
- Active WA State Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Medical Assistant certification
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in healthcare setting
- Valid BLS/CPR certification
- Weekend availability required (Sat/Sun, 6am-6pm)
- Strong communication and empathy skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Proficient in electronic health records (Epic preferred)
