Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care during weekend shifts (Saturday-Sunday, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document patient interactions and treatment outcomes using EMR systems
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to emergency situations per protocols
- Conduct health assessments and provide patient education on preventive care
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA regulations and facility safety standards
- Participate in weekend team meetings and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN or LPN license in the state of Florida
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in acute care or outpatient setting
- ACLS/BLS certification (or obtain within 30 days of hire)
- Strong communication skills with ability to work independently
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EPIC experience preferred)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Flexibility to work occasional overtime during peak periods
- Valid Florida driver's license (for facility transport duties)
