Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care during weekend shifts (Saturday-Sunday)
- Assist with daily living activities and medication administration
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for seamless care coordination
- Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and safety protocols
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergency situations
- Support facility cleanliness and equipment maintenance
Qualifications
- Current CNA or Medical Assistant certification required
- Minimum 1 year healthcare experience preferred
- Availability for consistent weekend shifts (6AM-2PM or 2PM-10PM)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer proficiency for documentation systems
- Valid CPR/BLS certification
- Background clearance and health screenings mandatory
