Responsibilities
- Execute accurate inventory management and order fulfillment during weekend shifts
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, scanners) safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized storage systems and optimize warehouse layout
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet weekend delivery targets
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Train and mentor new weekend shift associates
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience required
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexible schedule availability (Saturday/Sunday 6am-6pm)
- Basic proficiency with warehouse management systems
