Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun, 6am-6pm)
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols
- Document patient records accurately and timely in EMR systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams for coordinated treatment
- Monitor vital signs and respond to emergency situations
- Participate in weekend staff meetings and continuing education
- Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and safety standards
Qualifications
- Current Georgia RN or LPN license required
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience
- BLS/CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
- Strong weekend availability (no weekday commitment)
- EMR proficiency (Epic experience preferred)
- Exceptional communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently during off-peak hours
