Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Technical Support: Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide customers through solutions using our proprietary software.
- Data Management: Accurately update customer records and maintain detailed logs of all interactions.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the weekday team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed daily and weekly KPIs regarding call volume and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience: No prior professional experience required; we train from scratch!
- Skills: Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office Suite.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain complex concepts simply.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday).
- Attitude: A positive, problem-solving mindset and a desire to learn.
