Responsibilities
- Merchandising & Stocking: Maintain product displays, organize inventory, and ensure shelves are fully stocked throughout the weekend.
- Customer Service: Greet customers, answer inquiries, and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Store Operations: Assist in opening and closing procedures, including counting cash registers and securing the facility.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and report any discrepancies to the management team immediately.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and free of hazards to ensure a safe environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the store manager and team members to achieve daily operational goals.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Reliability: Demonstrated ability to show up on time and work well with minimal supervision.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- No Experience Required: We provide full training for all new hires.
