Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to VIP guests and tourists at our premium downtown location
- Manage high-volume weekend transactions with accuracy and efficiency
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Process payments and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Operate POS systems and maintain organized service stations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Uphold brand standards through meticulous facility maintenance and presentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students strongly encouraged to apply
- Minimum 1 year customer service or retail experience
- Flexible availability including Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 10 PM shifts)
- Proficient in POS systems and basic cash handling
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (parking provided)
- Basic knowledge of Washington DC attractions preferred
