Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries regarding orders, products, and services in a professional and timely manner.
- Process customer returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Manage incoming calls and emails to resolve issues and ensure high customer satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure inventory accuracy and order fulfillment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Uphold company policies and brand standards during every customer interaction.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Reliable transportation and proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
