Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve complex customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction and retention.

- Collaborate closely with the weekday operations team to ensure seamless service continuity.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or retail is highly preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.

- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a dynamic office environment.
