- Train weekend staff on protocols and performance expectations
- Collaborate with weekday managers for operational continuity
Qualifications
- 2+ years hospitality or customer service experience
- Proven ability to manage teams in fast-paced environments
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Available for consistent Saturday/Sunday shifts (6AM-2PM)
- Basic inventory management knowledge
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Valid Texas driver's license
