Responsibilities
- Manage weekend front desk operations with exceptional customer service
- Coordinate guest check-ins/check-outs using our property management system
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Implement weekend promotional activities and upsell opportunities
- Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Weekend availability mandatory (Saturday/Sunday)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer proficiency with POS systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Texas driver's license (for occasional errands)
- Fluent in English and Spanish (bilingual preferred)
