Responsibilities
- Manage attendee check-ins and ticket scanning with tablet devices
- Distribute promotional materials and event merchandise
- Monitor crowd flow and enforce venue safety protocols
- Assist with setup/breakdown of stages, tents, and equipment
- Respond to attendee inquiries with friendly, professional service
- Coordinate with security and vendor teams for seamless operations
- Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to supervisors
Qualifications
- Available to work Saturdays and Sundays (6am-10pm shifts)
- Must be 18+ with reliable transportation to event venues
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift 30 lbs
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic smartphone proficiency for digital check-in systems
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- No prior event experience requiredâtraining included
