Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries, product selection, and checkout processes in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Restock shelves, organize inventory, and ensure the sales floor is tidy and visually appealing.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and handle cash transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in accordance with company safety protocols.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and customer complaints with patience and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturdays and Sundays).
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Washington DC location.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
