Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist with stocking shelves and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process transactions and handle cash.
- Help organize inventory, check for damaged goods, and prepare merchandise for display.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily sales goals and operational targets.
- Monitor stock levels and alert management when inventory needs replenishing.
- Ensure the sales floor is welcoming and free of clutter at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn new point-of-sale software quickly.
