Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve a high volume of customer inquiries with a focus on accuracy and speed during weekend shifts.
- Process incoming orders, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery updates.
- Maintain accurate digital records of all customer interactions and transaction histories.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify process improvements and ensure operational efficiency.

Qualifications

- Must be available to work weekends, specifically Saturday and Sunday.
