Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders with 100% accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment (Forklift, Pallet Jack) safely and in accordance with OSHA standards.
- Perform regular inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain stock integrity.
- Ensure the warehouse workspace remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistical challenges and meet daily KPIs.
- Adhere to strict quality control procedures for all outbound shipments.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic with a focus on safety and productivity.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is a plus.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
