Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to weekend patrons across all venue areas
- Process payments and handle cash transactions with precision
- Prepare and serve food/beverage items following quality standards
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environments
- Collaborate with team members during peak weekend rush periods
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
Qualifications
- Available to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 2 PM or 2 PM - 10 PM shifts)
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced weekend environments
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation to Harbour Island location
