Responsibilities
- Manage inventory levels, restock shelves, and organize merchandise displays to company standards.
- Greet customers warmly and assist with product inquiries to ensure a high-quality shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately, processing transactions and handling returns efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized sales floor in compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet weekly sales targets and operational goals.
- Handle cash deposits and perform end-of-shift closing procedures accurately.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work full weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory counting.
- Reliable transportation is required for commuting to the San Antonio location.
- Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
