Responsibilities
- Execute daily receiving, picking, and packing operations with high accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock rotation.
- Ensure the workspace is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with the weekend management team to meet daily production targets.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks while adhering to time-sensitive deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or retail preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Flexibility to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
