Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during weekend shifts, ensuring guest satisfaction
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and reservation management
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas and guest facilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Assist with weekend event setup and breakdown as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality experience preferred
- Availability to work weekends (Saturdays & Sundays) with flexible scheduling
