Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations and workflow during weekend shifts to ensure efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries and complaints effectively.
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Handle cash handling and point-of-sale transactions accurately and securely.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends, specifically Saturday and Sunday.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate weights.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
