Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems.
- Assist in organizing stock, shelves, and inventory areas.
- Ensure the sales floor and restrooms are clean and organized.
- Handle cash and credit transactions with high accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with the weekday team to maintain workflow.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy (mouse and keyboard proficiency).
- Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment.
