Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide exceptional service.
- Stock shelves and organize displays to maintain a clean and inviting store atmosphere.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and handle cash transactions.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment as needed.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, safe, and fully operational at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and store targets.
- Perform basic store maintenance tasks, including trash removal and facility checks.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift merchandise up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
