Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers warmly, providing exceptional service and answering inquiries.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately, processing transactions, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Stock merchandise, organize displays, and ensure the sales floor is clean, safe, and visually appealing.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or damages to the management team.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve daily sales targets and maintain high store standards.
- Handle cash handling duties with strict accuracy and adherence to company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
