Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to weekend guests in fast-paced environments
- Manage point-of-sale systems and process transactions accurately
- Operate and maintain equipment according to safety protocols
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout shifts

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or hospitality
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (8am-8pm shifts)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Basic POS system proficiency or willingness to learn quickly
- Valid Louisiana ID or driver's license required
- Positive attitude and adaptability to changing priorities
- Must be 18+ years old due to alcohol service regulations
