Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry and inventory tracking for incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently using standard equipment.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Operate warehouse machinery (forklift certification provided upon request).
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding orders, shipments, and delivery schedules.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday required).
- Basic math and computer literacy skills.
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
