Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients and visitors in person and over the phone.
- Assist with daily operations, including inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Ensure the facility is clean, organized, and safe for all employees and customers.
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems.
- Monitor security protocols and report any irregularities to management immediately.
- Collaborate with the weekday team to ensure seamless handover of operations.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends, specifically Saturday and Sunday.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Basic computer proficiency is a plus.
