Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely use forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners to move inventory.
- Load and Unload Trucks: Efficiently handle freight ensuring safety and speed during weekend shifts.
- Inventory Management: Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Packaging & Shipping: Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to OSHA safety standards and maintain a clean work area.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams to meet weekly targets.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday (Rotating shifts available).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic with a history of punctuality.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for spotting discrepancies in inventory or data.
- Communication: Basic ability to read and follow written instructions.
- Background Check: Must pass a standard background check and drug screening.
