Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Perform accurate inventory counts and manage stock levels to ensure optimal product availability.
- Picking & Packing: Pick, pack, and verify orders with a high degree of accuracy to minimize errors.
- Load/Unload: Load and unload trucks and containers in a timely manner, adhering to safety protocols.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the weekday team to ensure seamless operational handovers.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- License: Valid forklift certification is a plus.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
