Responsibilities
- Execute loading and unloading operations for incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and organize stockrooms to ensure optimal workflow.
- Conduct regular quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Strong commitment to punctuality, attendance, and weekend availability.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
