Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service during weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Manage guest check-ins, reservations, and inquiries efficiently
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Handle cash transactions and POS system operations

- Assist in inventory management and restocking activities

Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (minimum 16 hours/week)
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Basic POS system knowledge or willingness to train
- Flexible schedule availability including holidays
