Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and store operations in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
- Manage incoming phone calls and emails, resolving issues or routing them to the appropriate department.
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising displays.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse customer bases.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus but not required.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays.
