Responsibilities
- Merchandising & Stocking: Keep store shelves organized, clean, and fully stocked to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and assist with locating products to ensure high satisfaction.
- Point of Sale: Operate the cash register accurately, process payments, and handle returns or exchanges.
- Inventory Management: Assist in inventory counts and stockroom organization to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Store Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing high-traffic areas.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow employees to achieve daily goals and maintain a positive team atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and maneuver around the sales floor.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
