Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to all visitors and clients.
- Assist with daily operational tasks, including inventory management and stocking.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain the cash drawer.
- Ensure the sales floor is organized, clean, and visually appealing at all times.
- Collaborate with the team to meet weekly sales targets and performance goals.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently and troubleshoot minor technical issues.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and currency.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
