Qualifications
- Must be available for weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday or Saturday-only)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with zero-tolerance for no-shows
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash/POS systems
- Ability to stand/walk for 6-8 hour shifts with moderate physical activity
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent (18+ years old)
- Reliable transportation to multiple Cleveland locations
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
