Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding in-person customer service at high-traffic weekend community events
- Operate mobile service units providing on-site support to residential neighborhoods
- Manage weekend inventory and equipment logistics for Saturday/Sunday operations
- Process customer transactions using mobile POS systems during weekend hours
- Coordinate with weekday teams for seamless service continuity
- Maintain pristine service vehicles and equipment for weekend deployments
- Document weekend service metrics and customer feedback for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; customer service certification preferred
- Proven weekend availability (Saturdays & Sundays only, no weekday/evening shifts)
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Proficiency with mobile technology and POS systems
- Exceptional communication skills with diverse community populations
- Ability to work independently with minimal weekday supervision
- Physical stamina for weekend outdoor events and equipment handling
- Previous experience in community service or mobile operations a plus
