Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support during weekend and overnight shifts
- Monitor and maintain operational systems during off-peak hours
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve urgent issues
- Document shift activities and prepare comprehensive handover reports

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year customer service or shift work experience
- Availability for flexible weekend and night shifts (Fri-Sun, 11PM-7AM)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
