Responsibilities
- Patrol facility premises regularly to ensure the safety and security of all assets and personnel.
- Monitor security cameras and access control systems for any suspicious activity or anomalies.
- Control access points by verifying credentials of visitors, employees, and vendors.
- Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, emergencies, and fire safety incidents.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate daily logs for management review.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to visitors and employees on-site.
- Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a secure environment.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid State Security Guard License (or willingness to obtain prior to employment).
- Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of alertness, attention to detail, and situational awareness.
- Basic computer literacy for reporting purposes.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
