Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with products and inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Stock merchandise on shelves and counters to ensure inventory levels are sufficient.
- Monitor store appearance and cleanliness, including restocking restrooms and break areas.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints calmly and resolve them to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist in organizing sales events and promotional displays on weekends.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and walk throughout the store.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Reliable transportation to and from the San Francisco location.
