Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products and answering their questions.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing by restocking shelves and displays.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations during peak weekend hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to use POS systems.
