Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor, answering questions and resolving complaints.
- Restock shelves and display areas to ensure products are presented attractively and according to company standards.
- Process transactions accurately at the register, including handling cash and credit payments.
- Perform daily cleaning duties, including dusting, sweeping, and organizing the sales floor.
- Assist in inventory management, including checking stock levels and reporting shortages.
- Support team members during peak hours to ensure efficient store operations.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
