Responsibilities
- Assist customers in finding products that meet their specific needs and preferences.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Stock shelves and maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems and handle returns or exchanges.
- Collaborate with the weekend team to ensure high customer satisfaction scores.
- Uphold company policies regarding loss prevention and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation and a positive attitude.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
