Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with product inquiries to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Restock merchandise on shelves and maintain a clean, organized, and safe sales floor.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the register and handle cash or card payments.
- Monitor inventory levels and alert management when stock runs low.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
- Assist with store maintenance tasks, including cleaning and organizing the stockroom.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- No prior retail or sales experience is required; we value attitude over experience.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift items weighing up to 25 pounds.
- Basic math skills are preferred for cash handling.
