Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, ensuring a premium shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently during high-traffic periods.
- Merchandise shelves and displays to maintain a visually appealing store environment.
- Handle stock replenishment, inventory counts, and store organization on weekends.
- Support store operations and team goals to drive sales performance.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills and a positive, energetic attitude.
- Ability to stand and move around the store for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
