Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and professional demeanor upon entering the store.
- Assist customers in locating products and provide detailed product information to ensure satisfaction.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Restock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and ensure the store is clean and visually appealing.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to achieve daily sales goals and operational targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and courteous manner.
- Participate in store events, inventory counts, and promotional activities as required.
Qualifications
