Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and well-stocked to maintain a welcoming store environment.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments and organizing stock.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain store reputation.
- Collaborate with the weekend team to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends, specifically Saturdays and Sundays.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory counts.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
