Responsibilities
- Greet and Assist Customers: Provide exceptional service to shoppers, answering questions and helping them find products.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS): Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the register.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and stocked with merchandise at all times.
- Merchandising: Ensure product displays are visually appealing and follow company guidelines.
- Inventory Management: Assist with stock counts and inventory organization as needed.
- Support Promotions: Help set up and manage promotional events and seasonal displays.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma: or equivalent GED required.
- No Experience Needed: We train all new hires! Previous retail experience is a plus but not required.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Physical Ability: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and move around the store freely.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
