Responsibilities
- Greet & Assist: Welcome customers warmly and provide knowledgeable assistance to help them find products.
- Operations: Ring up sales accurately at the register and process various payment methods.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment by stocking shelves and organizing displays.
- Customer Service: Handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive shopping experience for every visitor.
- Inventory Support: Assist in inventory counts and managing stock levels to ensure product availability.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow team members to ensure store operations run smoothly during peak weekend hours.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Entry-Level: No prior retail experience required; we provide paid training.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Reliability: Dependable punctuality and the ability to commit to a consistent schedule.
- Physical Ability: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift boxes up to 25lbs, and move around the sales floor.
- Basic Math: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for cash handling and transactions.
