Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process sales and returns.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain visual merchandising standards to attract customers.
- Handle cash, credit, and digital transactions with strict adherence to security protocols.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with patience and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with the floor team to ensure store operations run smoothly during peak weekend hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and a friendly attitude.
- Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new POS software quickly.
